Alberta economic growthAlberta will be the top Canadian economic growth leader next year according to the latest report by RBC Economics. 

The province's domestic product is forecast to expand by 4.0% in 2014, up from the 3.0% growth of this year that placed Alberta in the second place behind Newfoundland & Labrador, currently leading the country in Real Gross Domestic Product growth in 2013 with 5.1%.

Unemployment rates will continue to fall in Alberta,  from 4.6% in 2012 to 4.4% this year and 4.5% next year. The rates are just below Saskachewan's rate of 4.3% (for both 2013 & 2014) that will lead the country as the province with the lowest unemployment rate in the next two years!
