According to a recent Calgary Herald article – and the signs we've been noting during the past few months – a turnaround is anticipated in the 2012 Calgary housing market. It's becoming, and is anticipated to remain – very much a buyers market in the new year.
In the Herald article, Richard Cho, senior market analyst for Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, discussed CHMC's outlook for October to December.
